Meet the team
Olivia Shone is the founder of the Weekend of Wellbeing and Meaningful Wellbeing. She has navigated her own personal challenges and has found somatic and spiritual awareness to be vital in knowing peace, resilience and fulfilment in life. She is a practising Psychotherapist-in-training, a yoga and mindfulness teacher with an academic background in theology and is super-excited to be bringing these different workshops under one tented roof.

Perry-May Britton is a Somatic Coach and is passionate about helping people reconnect their body and mind to reduce stress and find calm using Polyvagal informed practices. She will offer two fun and informative workshops helping us to map our own nervous system and resourcing us with stress-reducing exercises we can take away. She runs courses and consults one-to-one in Sussex. www.bodykindness.co

Gill Sakakini is a Pioneer Priest and Artist bringing her vibrancy and experience to her many initiatives. She works collaboratively in community arts and faith in Somerset and more widely. She has co-authored Imaging the Story and will expertly guide us to 'image our own stories' in her workshop inviting reflective awareness of self and nature and using creative mediums she will provide. www.gillsakakini.com
