A space to breathe, reflect & reconnect
The Whole Wellbeing Weekend is an immersive, nurturing and revitalising retreat designed to help you step away from the noise of everyday life and come home to yourself. Over the weekend, you'll be held in a warm, supportive space where you can slow down, explore what wholeness means for you, and leave feeling restored and replenished. Through creative, fun and restorative sessions you'll find opportunity to reconnect with yourself, with others, with nature, and with the More that gives life meaning and depth. Whether you come alone or with friends, you are warmly invited to engage with sessions as you choose, savour the space, and enjoy genuine connection. This is an invitation for your whole self - body, mind and soul - to rest, be renewed and to flourish.

Psychotherapist · Wellbeing Facilitator
Olivia is the founder of Meaningful Wellbeing, a Movement and Mindfulness Teacher and Psychotherapist based in Somerset. Her recent book Whole maps a faith-based, therapeutic pathway to surviving and thriving in challenging circumstances. She is thrilled to be hosting 'Whole' again and will weave her own movement and meditation sessions through the weekend with warmth and wisdom, enabling everyone to connect, be resourced and live fully.

Perry-May is a Somatic Coach and is passionate about helping people reconnect their body and mind to reduce stress and find calm using Polyvagal informed practices. She will offer fun and informative workshops resourcing us with stress-reducing exercises we can take away. She runs courses and consults one-to-one in Sussex.

Pioneer Priest · Artist
Gill is a Pioneer Priest and Artist bringing her vibrancy and experience to her many initiatives. She works collaboratively in community arts and faith in Somerset and more widely. She has co-authored Imaging the Story and will expertly guide us to 'image our own stories' in her workshop, inviting reflective awareness of self and nature and using creative mediums.

Caroline Radcliffe
Choir Leader · Singer · Musician
Caroline is an experienced Choir Leader, singer and musician and runs Jackdaws Songbirds in Frome. She also regularly 'puts on a big dress and sings in a big band'! Understanding the power of singing to generate wellbeing, she also leads singing groups for those with dementia. She will lead us with her light-hearted wit through a singing workshop which everyone can engage in and enjoy.
