The challenges of your everyday life need to be met with uplifting and strengthening opportunities which is why Meaningful Wellbeing offers events. Hosted in beautiful spaces and engaging in holistic practices that use somatic (body) and spiritual awareness they help you find peace, hope and connection.

You can come on your own or with friends, be fit or unfit, be of faith or none, but you’ll find a welcoming space, great food, like-minded people and a carefully planned programme to inspire and help you live more fully in body, mind and soul.

Bath Abbey Events

Bath Abbey Events – Olivia has had the privilege of hosting several annual events since 2022 in this inspiring and sacred place.

Using movement and meditation to facilitate somatic (bodily) and spiritual awareness in this beautiful space gives a sense of the sacredness of each person, connection with others and a sense of the transcendent.  Anyone is welcome to these occasional events. 

Weekend of Wellbeing

Whole Weekend of Wellbeing – Meaningful Wellbeing offered it’s first festival-style retreat in 2025.  With 8 different workshops using movement, singing, meditation, walking, art, nature and teaching, lead by four expert practitioners, participants explored and experienced the bodily and spiritual dimensions of themselves.  Delicious salads and cakes enabled people to connect in the breaks, in an inviting setting offering a restorative and resourcing experience.

1-2-1 Somatic Yoga

If you are aware you hold tension, discomfort or emotional unease in your body and want to find physical and mental release I can help guide into greater somatic awareness and ease.  The focus is not about exercising the body for fitness, nor is it talking therapy that focuses on a healing outcome, rather it is about experiencing your body’s own innate wisdom that can guide you in to healing.  

£60 per hour, in-person in Beckington (BA11). 

1-2-1 sessions with Olivia have helped me recover from health challenges and given me a greater sense of self in everyday life. K.

Movement Class

A weekly in-person group in Beckington (BA11) on Tuesday evenings 6-7pm where we use modern postural yoga, some pilates, breath awareness and mindfulness to give you a holistic wellbeing session.  The group is for people with a basic level of fitness-flexibility and is a welcoming inclusive space.  Block bookings or Drop in rates apply.  

Olivia’s class is the highlight of my week and I leave feeling restored and also stronger. L.
