Whole describes a pathway to peace, resilience and fulfilment.  Inspired by the richness of women’s experience, body awareness and Christian spirituality, this pathway to wholeness combines enduring wisdom with contemporary wellness approaches.  The book can be read through sequentially or you might want to dip in and out of each chapter and engage daily with one of the spiritual-somatic practices.

Meditations

Olivia has written meditations and guided people for over 10 years through an app, retreats, courses and events.

They will guide you into somatic (body) awareness as well as spiritual awareness, including accessible referencing to Christian spirituality. The meditations inspire peace and hope and leave you feeling calmer and stronger. You can find some of them for free on Insight Timer and Youtube.
